Install using SpecialK: https://github.com/Kaldaien/SpecialK/releases

Download the archive and unzip it, copy inject folder in SK-Res folder(folder of SpecialK)
You will need to have Directx 12 off and texture quality set to Ultra for the mod to take effect.

You need the Blue Heron Tunic outfit. I suggest you get a 100% savegame, start newgame+, play and change outfit at the first camp in game that you come across.
